If physical goods are defective, the Consumer may request that the defect be remedied, in particular by repair or replacement with new defect-free goods, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately costly. Under the conditions laid down by law, the Consumer may request an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the Contract.
